Sumipol Institute of Manufacturing Technology (SIMTEC) welcomed executives and representatives from Siam Kyosan Denso Co., Ltd. and Siam Denso Manufacturing Co., Ltd. for an industrial study visit and strategic discussion on workforce development approaches. The visit aimed to strengthen collaboration in enhancing human resource capabilities in alignment with industrial standards and future manufacturing trends.
During the visit, the delegation toured SIMTEC’s learning and hands-on training facilities and exchanged views on competency standards, structured personnel development frameworks, and industry-aligned curriculum design. Discussions also covered potential collaboration to establish SIMTEC as a dedicated training center for DENSO group companies and DENSO suppliers, supporting systematic and continuous skill development.
